DeStefano Associates is looking for a licensed property & casualty producer to join our team! This person would have the following requirements, see below:

Job Type:
Full-time – Producer / Agent

License/Certification:
Insurance Producer License (Required)

Ability to Commute to:
Caldwell, NJ 07006

Education:
Bachelor’s / Associates (Preferred)

Experience:
Sales Experience: 1-2 years (Required)

Language:
English (Required)
Spanish (Preferred)

2nd Round in person with masks & social distance

Benefits:
Flexible schedule

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)

Weekly Pay:
Bonus pay (twice a year)
Commission pay (end of the month)

The office is big enough with only 4 people so we are able to space out & social distance.
Our office & building are routinely cleaned on a weekly basis.

We do require this person to be in the office.
